Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the DayRight app, website, shared Daily Lift pages, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Dayright LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

DayRight is intended for people age 18 and older. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and can enter into these Terms.

The DayRight Service

DayRight provides short positive stories, reflections, reminders, routines, and related features intended to support a more positive start to the day. DayRight is for general informational and personal-wellness purposes only. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, therapy, emergency support, or professional advice, and it does not guarantee any particular outcome.

Accounts and Sign in with Apple

Some features require Sign in with Apple and a DayRight account. You are responsible for maintaining access to the Apple account used with DayRight and for activity associated with your account. DayRight does not receive your Apple password.

Light and Bright Features

DayRight may provide free Light features and paid Bright features. Features, availability, eligibility, launch promotions, and pricing may change. Promotional Bright access may expire automatically and does not necessarily create a paid subscription.

Apple Subscriptions and Purchases

Bright subscriptions and other in-app purchases are processed by Apple through Apple’s App Store payment system. Apple’s payment, subscription, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules apply. DayRight does not receive or store your full payment-card information. Subscription management, cancellation, and refund requests are handled through Apple’s account and App Store tools.

Gatekeeper and Screen Time

Gatekeeper uses Apple’s Family Controls, DeviceActivity, and ManagedSettings frameworks and requires the permissions Apple presents. DayRight does not guarantee that Gatekeeper will block every app in every circumstance. You remain responsible for your device, emergency access, and the apps you select.

Daily Lift Content and External Links

Daily Lift content is provided for general informational and reflective purposes. Some content includes links to third-party websites or sources. DayRight does not control or guarantee the availability, accuracy, security, or privacy practices of third-party sites.

Shared Daily Lift Pages

You may share Daily Lift links only in lawful ways. Shared pages may remain publicly accessible indefinitely and should not be used to publish private information, unlawful material, or content that infringes another person’s rights. DayRight may correct, restrict, or remove shared pages when reasonably necessary.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service unlawfully or to violate another person’s rights.
• Do not access another user’s account or private data.
• Do not interfere with the Service or bypass its security or access controls.
• Do not scrape, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without permission.
• Do not use shared links to distribute harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive material.

Intellectual Property

DayRight and its software, branding, design, original text, illustrations, and other materials are owned by or licensed to DayRight and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for lawful personal use.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the Service when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, business changes, or product development. We will not be responsible for interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Account Deletion and Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your DayRight account using the in-app account-deletion function. For help, contact Support@dayright.app. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or misuse the Service.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. DayRight disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and particular personal, emotional, health, or wellness results. DayRight is not an emergency service.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless applicable law requires another forum.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will update the effective date and provide notice of material changes through the app, website, or other reasonable means.
